What is Space Clearing?
Space clearing is a profound tool of transformation for homes and business premises. Everything that happens in a place – actions and emotions – such as traumas, arguments, bad luck, stress, shocks, unhealthy patterns, addictions and ill-health may leave ‘bad vibes’ and perpetuate the tendency for negative experiences there. A professional space clearing consultant can accurately read the energetics of a place and conduct an effective clearing and blessing ceremony. By restoring harmony, we make space for clarity and a potential surge in wellbeing, vitality and new opportunities.
It is particularly beneficial in these situations:
- After a spring clean and clutter clear
- To help sell a house or bless a new home.

What is Geomancy?
‘Geo’ - place, ‘mantic - divinatory, so geomancy is reading the energies of a place. Just as a human body has chakras and meridians - power centres and lines of energy - so does the earth. Geopathic stress is where the earth energies (or ‘dragon lines’) may be strong, unbalanced or stagnant due to natural causes, such as underground faults, quakes or water carrying electro-magnetic fields or by man-made trauma eg from building, quarrying, tree-felling and sites of violence. Either the place is stressed by humans or humans are stressed by the place. Geomancers seek to restore harmony and ‘right relationship’ with place - between people and the spirit of place (‘genus loci’).
Land healing not only supports a holistic approach to feng shui and space clearing, it can also generate higher crop yields and provides a way to become a ‘guardian’ of the earth.

Module 1 - FOUNDATION
APRIL 27/28 2024
- Know the ethics and safe practices of space clearing.
- Align in synchronicity with your soul’s true destiny.

Module 2: ART OF CEREMONY
JUNE 8/9 2024
- Work with prayers.
- Create ceremonial altars.
- Fulfil the role of the master or mistress of ceremony.
- Create five element offerings and offerings to nature spirits.
- Open, hold and close sacred space.
- Know the four stages of a space clearing ceremony.
- Know techniques on how to facilitate a space clearing ceremony for a client.
Module 3: QI DETECTIVES!
JULY 6/7 2024
- Develop your clairs – clairvoyancy, clairsentience, clairaudience etc.
- Hone your skills at sensing energy in a space.
- Learn to dowse with rods and pendulum, so that your body can use these tools to signal yes and no responses to questions about the energy in a space.
- Develop your shamanic journeying for spirit to reveal the history of buildings.
Module 4: RELATIONSHIP WITH SPIRIT
AUGUST 24/25 2024
- Connect and work in partnership with trusted spirit guides.
- Appease nature spirits.
- Detect and clear different kinds of suffering beings you may encounter in buildings, through compassionate spirit release.
- Work with psychopomps (the ‘conductors of souls’) in a safe, effective and appropriate way.
Module 5: ART OF HEALING spaces
SEPTEMBER 7/8 2024
- Work with shamanic energy healing techniques in space clearing ceremonies for clearing and invocation.
- Work with sound healing tools, including bells, drums, rattles, solfeggio chimes, sistrum, gongs – and your voice with toning and mantras.
- Use smoking tools for smudging.
- Work with plant resins, herbs, flowers and essences.
- Incorporating sacred geommetry into ceremony.
Module 6: PROFESSIONAL PRACTISE
OCTOBER 5/6 2024
- Know consultation skills
- Communicate with clients from the initial enquiry and booking, duirng the space clearing work and after care – including ‘do’s & don’ts’, email templates and memo list.
- Collect advertising guidelines and marketing tips.
- Know how to bring all of the techniques learnt, into a powerful and beautiful ceremony.
Within 6 months you can certify and start practising professionally.
- NEW DATES! Since this space clearing course is run online, you can successfully complete this training to become a Shamanic Space Clearing Consultant in the comfort of your own home.
- You can participate from anywhere in the world on your laptop or tablet.
- The course is certified and accredited by the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine)
- Each month you will receive the material for one module and move through the training together.
- It’s a small intimate group, so there is plenty of individual support.
- Through video lectures, method notes, healing demonstrations, live Q&A and case studies and practise exchange sessions with other participants, you will gain all the training, guidance and experience to launch your career as a professional space clearing consultant.
- You will also have the support of the private membership online community with your fellow participants and Sue.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED ?
For this training, you can of course purchase extra books and sacred objects. This is a guideline for the minimum required:
- A rattle.
- A shamanic frame drum.
- A metallic space clearing tool eg bell, chime or gong.
- Harmony balls.
- An altar cloth.
- Candles.
- Smudging tool eg smudge stick, feather, or bee-smoker.
- A spray or liquid of your preference infused with cleansing herbs to clean your hands and tools during and after sessions eg Agua de florida, Agua de kananga, or combination cleansing essences such as rose, palo santo, nettle, bramble, wild garlic, rosemary, yarrow, sage etc.
- ‘Mindfold’ or bandana for journeying.
- An A4 file to store your method notes and personal notes in.
- A white/cream ceremonial outfit
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS OR ESTABLISHED PRACTITIONERS?
Both. You can join the training at whatever level you currently are and it will take you to your next level. If you are already a practitioner, the techniques Sue shares will develop and expand your skills and services. If you are new to energy work, then Sue will guide you safely into the practices. Either way, you are welcome to this amazing journey.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A 'LIVE' SESSION?
You can book a private 1 to 1 session with Sue, so that you can complete the full training. There is an additional fee of £140 per hour (it usually takes 30mins-1 hour to catch up when speaking 1 to 1).
IS THIS COURSE ACCREDITED?
Yes, this course is certified by The Modern Shaman Academy and accredited by the ‘International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine’. This accreditation will be on your certificate so that you can get insurance to practise professionally all over the world.
On successful completion of 6 modules and assignments, this course certifies you as a ‘Shamanic Space Clearing Consultant’.
NB: This is a necessary part of the world we live in. But looking at the bigger picture, what’s much more significant than that, is what your heart and spirit guides communicate to you about your work – which will be part of the curriculum.
CAN I SPREAD THE FEES OVER MORE PAYMENTS?

WHAT IF I MISS THE START OF THE GROUP TRAINING, CAN I CATCH UP?
It may well be possible. get in touch asap and we will see how you might be able to join a small group to catch up with the modules you missed and then join the main cohort.
