- About the three worlds in shamanism: The Upper World, Lower World and Middle World.
- How to carry out a shamanic journey to visit the Spirit realm for guidance and power.
- Journey to the Lower world to meet with your Power Animal and receive their power and medicine.
- Journey to the Upper World to meet your Spirit Guides and receive their guidance and wisdom.
